• Interview candidates combining various methods (. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Mandatory Skills

Proficient to work with Visa holders, EAD, GC and US Citizens

Exposure on various tax terms like W2, Corp to Corp and 1099
