Location: Work from home/Remote until Covid settles

Need immediate joiners

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Domestic recruiter will be responsible for end to end ( IT , NON IT ) recruitment for domestic staffing

Handling End-to-End Recruitment process

Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals, and social networking sites

Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in the preliminary rounds.

Scheduling interviews, negotiating the salary

Managing resumes and updating the database

Confident in interactions with individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels

Mandatory Skills:

Should have Excellent experience in working with MNC clients

Need good hands on experience on Permanent hiring/Contract /C2H

Excellent Communication skills

Should have minimum 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment
