Work Details & Responsibilities End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidate,Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching

passive prospective candidates Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely Effectively built relationship with Employees. Must be enthusiastic and initiator

Skills required Good communications skill in English and Hindi
