Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
Responsible for collecting the requirements from Fulfillment Managers, Job Analysis, Sourcing the Database, Plan and schedule interviews and validate the candidate, placing the right candidate & follow-ups with Fulfillment Managers & Candidates.
Advertising the positions required on the Job portals site and search for appropriate candidates using existing databases.
Sourcing candidates for Senior and Middle Positions through Head Hunting, networking and internet postings.
Conducting initial telephonic interviews with the applicants.
Interviewed a wide variety of candidates and provided a consultative service to find them the right job.
Coordinating with recruitment agencies and different web-based job portal companies.
Developed and maintained detailed job descriptions.
Maintaining records and updating the recruitment database.
Generating weekly/monthly status report for the management and updating them about the Requirements served, Submittals, Rejections, Interviews, Confirmations, Fall-Outs and its reason, Candidates joined and left.
Achieved a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
