We are currently looking to hire RECRUITERS for IT STAFFING team.

The Recruiter would be responsible for -

· Handling the complete recruitment and selection process, right from taking download of the requirement specification to closing the requirements.

· Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies

· Interacting with clients on regular basis to understand the specific requirements, strategize and plan the recruitment activity and implement it.

· Developing own relationships with present/potential clients.

· Resource requests, deliver within time and cost limitations.

· Screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and Buddy referrals as per the requirements of the company standards.
