Roles & Responsibilities:
? Sourcing, screening & Recruitment - Technical Interview
? End-to-end training program coordination ? Creating a strategy & action plan and implementing it for successful client relationship.
? Social Media management & content development
? Business Development & Digital media marketing Management
? Database & reports management
Expected Outcome: To take accountability for our operations - recruitment process & team and successfully source, screen, coordinate, onboard and relieve trainers for the training programs of the month which will lead to achieving the revenue targets. We expect you contribute to the growth strategy by prioritizing the most important & urgent tasks that need to be completed in order to achieve the overall goals of the organization.
