Total 1+ years' experience in the field of IT Recruitment.

Experience of client’s management.

Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the IT positions of our clients.

Candidate should have depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT skills.

Coordination with Candidates & Interview Panel throughout the process.

Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills.

A proven track record in achieving targeted.

Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort.

Solid business management skills.

Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent project-management and time-management skills.

Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.

PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel).

End to End Recruitment process.

Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

Source and recruit potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Monster etc.)

Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
