IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR IT Recruiter

Designation: IT Recruiter

Qualification: ANY DEGREE

Language: ENGLISH + REGIONAL LANGUAGE

Experience: 1 to 2 YEARS

Salary: 18k to 25k

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift Timings: Monday to Saturday (9:30AM TO 6:30PM)

Work Location: KUDLU Gate NOVEL TECH PARK ( ELECTRONIC CITY)

We are looking for the IT recruiter who is responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of professionals to fill required positions. The IT recruiter will work to identify and need to focus on bulk hiring and fill job openings, interviewing the candidates, and keep records of applications. This entails sourcing and screening of the candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiation, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop recruitment goals and objectives.

2. Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.

3. Source passive and right Candidates for right positions.

4. Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.

5. Communicate with Hiring Managers.
