Responsibilities of IT Recruiter
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates resume and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
Requirements
Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with full of confidence.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills
Background or current experience in recruiting for Information Technology is a must and having experience in Permanent Recruitment.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
