Responsibilities of IT Recruiter
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Screen candidates resume and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
Requirements
• Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with full of confidence.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills
• Background or current experience in recruiting for Information Technology is a must and having experience in Permanent Recruitment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
