Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Staff Augmentation Outsourcing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our staff augmentation outsourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, sourcing, and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.

Strategic Planning:

�� Work closely with Business team to understand staffing needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans for staff augmentation projects.

�� Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Sourcing and Recruitment:

�� Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source and attract top-tier talent for staff augmentation projects.

�� Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with project requirements.

�� Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Pipeline Management:

�� Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.

�� Proactively network and engage with potential candidates to establish long-term relationships.

Compliance and Documentation:

�� Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

�� Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the IT or staff augmentation industry.

3. Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and tools.
