Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Staff Augmentation Outsourcing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our staff augmentation outsourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, sourcing, and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.

Strategic Planning:

Work closely with Business team to understand staffing needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans for staff augmentation projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Sourcing and Recruitment:

Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source and attract top-tier talent for staff augmentation projects.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.

Proactively network and engage with potential candidates to establish long-term relationships.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the IT or staff augmentation industry.

3. Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and tools.
