Responsibilities

2. Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
5. Interview candidates combining various methods (. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
6. Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
7. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
8. Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
9. Compose job offer letters.
10. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

1. Proven work experience as a Technical Acquisition or Recruiter.

5. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education Required
1. Post- Graduation: MBA, MSC and MCA
2. Graduate: BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
