Job Description
➢ Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
➢ Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract
top talent in dynamic environments.
➢ Source talent from multiple channels like LinkedIn, Job Boards,
Social Media, Referral etc.
➢ Create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview
questions, and update job ads to attract the right candidates.
➢ Identify passive candidates through research, networking, and
talent mapping.
➢ Innovate hiring practices by using new methods or channels.
Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan
accordingly
➢ Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to
the management
➢ Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews and
take feedback
