Work closely with Recruitment Head to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Clients’ hiring needs for the approved hiring role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Remain active with job sites, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements. This position may require adequate skills and knowledge for IT Recruitment
Job Responsibilities
RECRUITMENT

Attend Positions requirements, prepare competency-based / technology-based job description; understand position competency, package and benefits.
•
Advertise vacancies on various recruitment portals.
•
Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
•
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
•
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
•
Use candidate data bases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
•
Receive and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
•
Interview candidates combining various methods (. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
•
Request references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
•
Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
•
Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
•
Informing candidates about the results of the interviews.
•
Place candidates on online test.
•
Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements with candidates
•
Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progress
