We are currently seeking an experienced HR IT Domestic Recruiter with a strong consultancy background to join our team and help us attract top talent.

Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.

Strong background in consultancy recruitment, with a deep understanding of the hiring landscape.

Candidates ok to work on target based job and have prior experience into target based alone apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.

Immediate joinees or maximum within 15 days is given first preference
