We are seeking a dynamic and energetic IT / SAP Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to manage internal and staffing hiring needs. This role is based at our Financial District office at Prestige Skytech, Hyderabad, and requires full-time office presence.
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Proficient in Excel and experience using ATS tools for recruitment tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
Ability to work energetically and proactively to meet staffing needs and recruitment goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT/SAP recruitment is highly preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Create job postings, screen resumes, and identify top talent that aligns with job requirements.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess the candidates suitability for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including negotiating offers and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
Act as the face of the organization, representing the companys brand to potential candidates.
Flexibly manage internal staffing hiring needs, as well as sourcing for IT/SAP positions.
