-Understanding the requisition of the client and sorting resume as per the need of the organization from the database, LinkedIn, Job-Portals and references.

-Checking the availability of the short listed candidates and arranging the interviews in co-ordination with the client.

-Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews.

-Coordinating with Recruitment process and candidates for scheduling interviews.

-Follow up with the offered candidates & confirming on their joining dates.

-Able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals of all levels.

-Handling requirements of all levels.

-Doing niche-skill and specific resource-search through Headhunting & Mapping Techniques.
