Job Description:
● Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies, for hardware components like
Computers, CCTV’s, Printers, Ups, Biometric devices Cables, etc and Software components
like Microsoft, Amazon web service (AWS), BI tools, Anti-virus, etc.
● Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products, prices, and services to ensure they
meet the company's quality standards and budget
● Maintain and manage inventory needs.
● Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
● Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and ensure the best possible terms and
conditions.
● Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that the company has a reliable
and consistent supply chain.
● Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts and inventory levels and prepare reports
for senior management as needed.
Qualifications:
● Any Bachelor Degree.
● 3-5 years of experience in Purchase management.
Technical Skills:
● Experience in procuring hardware components from market leaders like, Dell, HP, Acer, etc.
● Experience in procuring software components from market leaders like Microsoft, Amazon,
BI tools, Anti-virus, etc.
● Ability to identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the purchasing
process from start to finish.
● Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, including understanding legal
terms and conditions.
● Knowledge of supply chain management, including logistics, inventory management, and
transportation.
● Ability to analyze the cost of goods and services, comparing prices from different suppliers
and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
