- Manage teams and projects with diverse requirements

- Coordinate and lead teams effectively - coordinate with development team members, clients and team leads

- Coordinator with other departments such as QA/testing, design, business, product as and when required

Requirement analysis

- Monitor and evaluate timeline checklists for projects.

- Technical experience in solution design &development like Specialities:

Frontend: React JS,Next JS, Vue JS.

Backend: PHP, WordPress and MVC frameworks like Laravel, Node JS.

Database: MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.

- Evaluate risk analysis from all aspects.

- Ensure a smooth, successful delivery for projects while maintaining optimum quality standards.

- Adapt the company's quality processes and ensure every team member follows it.

- Practice total quality management (TQM) on regular basis.

- Regular communication with clients that you handle.
