Skills Required:

Project Delivery - Understands different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies and milestones within a project, and the required documentation needs.

Planning - Experienced with planning, estimating, staffing, organizing, and working on multiple projects. Has monitored and dealt with critical paths and risks areas.

Service Delivery - Good understanding of concepts of service delivery and support and how this can be affected by technical delivery.

Technical Knowledge - a very good broad understanding of a wide variety of technologies pertinent to Web & Mobile Applications.

Leadership skills and Management

Project Management experience in managing Web/Mobile application development

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with senior stakeholders, business subject matter experts

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to quickly learn new technology, business domains and processes

Proven ability to multitask, be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressured environment with changing priorities

Roles & Responsibilities:

To be responsible for leading project teams to develop and deliver solutions on projects

Delivery of project outputs on time and in accordance with the allocated budgets, and ensuring Client endorsement.

Build strong working relationships with clients, partners, consultants and contractors.

Co-ordinate multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the project team, including specialist inputs from a pool of resources may be from outside your team, to ensure an integrated solution

Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Ensure Team Leads under you follow coding standards, and be responsible for code quality since it is the primary deliverable in our projects.

Be hands-on while the team gets stuck on tech
