**Primary Skill Requirements:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Management.

- Proficiency in Project Management Software such as Jira, Basecamp, and Trello.

- Ability to draft detailed Project Requirement Documentation and Developer Requirements.

- Technical expertise in software design, delivery flows, and technology research.

- Experience collaborating with designers on Wireframes, software diagrams, and proficient usage of Whimsical, Figma, Zeplin, and Adobe XD.

- Familiarity with QA and Testing Documentations.

- Basic understanding of Cloud infrastructure, including AWS and GCP.

- Fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies like CSS/HTML and MERN stack.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Facilitate the coordination of meetings among cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, including scheduling cutover dates for seamless project execution.

- Initiate and manage change requests in alignment with project requirements and objectives.

- Collaborate closely with architects to identify and overcome migration plan roadblocks, ensuring a smooth transition process.

- Serve as a liaison between the client, Tech Lead/Solution Architect, and assigned developers, fostering clear communication and alignment.

- Obtain necessary approvals from security, business, and IT stakeholders to ensure project compliance and adherence to regulations.

- Lead and oversee project management activities, emphasizing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT principles and industry best practices, contributing to project success through informed decision-making.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, utilizing appropriate tags and updates to facilitate streamlined communication.
