Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Coordinator with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Facilitate team collaboration to achieve project milestones and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Continuously assess and improve project management processes for better efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in project coordination or a related role.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Proficiency in project management tools (., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project workflows.

Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
