▪ To manage and interact with the client and their community on regular basis.

▪ planning and monitoring several different projects and initiatives. Organizing the budget for a specific project.
▪ Understanding the client's requirements and consequently strategizing effective lead generation campaigns accordingly.
▪ Working closely with the sales and business development team and communicating campaign feasibility after doing effective due diligence on each proposed campaign
Responsibilities
• Interact with both the internal team and external vendor to run the operations smoothly.
• Develop strategic goals in collaboration with other executives

• Develop short and long-term operational goals
• Create effective plans for achieving operational and strategic goals
• Delegate tasks to various teams and individuals
• Assess the performance of internal and external operations, including employees and procedures
• Give suggestions for operational improvements.
• Identifying the new vendors with various skill sets and adding them to the database.
• Managing projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details
• Interacting with clients and vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
