As an operations assistant, you’ll be responsible for working with the development team and management. You’ll be responsible for setting the drive for the development team. You’ll be responsible to look after day to day IT development operations. You’ll be responsible for assigning tasks and test whether assigned tasks are completed or not. You’ll be responsible for maintaining dashboards.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for coordinating with IT professionals & monitoring day-to-day operations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies - Agile/Scrum
• Delegation of work along with monitoring, tracking & gathering work status from employees.
• Responsible to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Must be ready to accept any challenge in work and also research, analyze, prepare, and manage to do any task given.
• Good communication skills and willingness to take the leadership role and desire to learn.
• Proficient in using computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite etc.
Must-Have
• Willing to work 6 days a week
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge on MS Office, G Suite
· Open to take challenges and Committed to work.
· Knowledge on Internet Surfing and Social Media
• Multitasking and excellent time management skills
