Job description

To manage the servers, applications and end point users with the sole aim to keep the operations running smoothly with no downtime at clients end.

Roles:

Designing, installing and supporting the computer systems..

Setting up of LANs, WANs, internet and other network segments..

Troubleshoot / break-fix issues.

Update firmware on regular intervals.

Work with OEM support to solve issues when the happen.

Implement network polices and maintain the network in top condition

Schedule and manage regular backups, including on tape

Keep firewall and antivirus applications in top shape. Judiciously implement firewall policies across all endpoints.

Maintain Wi-Fi and related internet usage policy.

Asset Maintenance and prepare monthly asset lists

In-depth knowledge of NATing/Router Management/Routing Tables/Port

Forwarding & blocking/ DMZ
