Roles and Responsibilities

Full-Stack Developer

Must have experience in Web Development (Designing UI, Front-end, Back-end Programming of Web Sites, and Database Designing.

Must have experience in digital marketing, SEOs, Mailers, Servers, Content, Web Analytics, Reputation Management, etc.

Knowledge of developing Android/iOS will be an add-on.

Manages staff.

Researches and implements technological strategic solutions.

Accomplishes information technology staff results.

Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.

Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.

Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.

Maintain Code

Identifies & Resolves bugs.

Evaluates trends

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Hands-on experience of implementing Google Analytics

Providing direction for IT team members

Desired Candidate Profile

masters degree in a computer field

Five or more years of IT work experience

Optional product or system certification

Google Analytics Certification

Digital Marketing Certification
