• Maintaining Monthly Reports from Server and perform audits
• Supporting IT and Admin procurement and Managing the assets
• Front and Back end support in client and customer queries ISP related issues
• Managing the procurement and conversation with the vendor regarding procurement of IT Assets as per the organization requirement.
• Remote Management (SSH, PUTTY, RDP)
• Windows Administration, TCP/IP Network Troubleshooting Server hardware planning & implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Working experience on Firewall - Rules implementation
• Hands on experience on Active Directory Domain Controller
• Experience on configuring SIP and IP-PBX Servers and IP Phone configuration
• Configuration and Monitoring access/biometric control
• User/Group Administration: Adding a New User Account, Modifying/Deleting User Account, Locking and Unlocking user accounts and Application Troubleshooting.
• Creating and deployment of Group policies from AD to client machines
• DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and Local Area Network Issues.
• Committed team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Willingness to relocate and ability to quickly adapt to new environments & technologies, dedicated to successful project completion with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
• One must have expertise in Windows, Firewall, OS Server, PBX, VOIP, VMware.
• Knowledge on SQL/Database Management will be an added advantage.
• Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
• Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
