a. IT security compliance

b. Day to day monitoring of backups

c. Monitoring system states/alerts on daily basis and taking proactive actions depending upon

Severity

d. Co-ordination with vendors .Data centre, SAP , Zoho, IT infra vendors

e. SAP upgrades and patches (SQL & HANA)

f. IT team scheduled activities

g. Attending to Day to Day issues of RDP,VPN, Connectivity , Client specific services

h. Attending Infra issues on timely/proactive basis

i. Interacting with clients on periodic basis for any new requirement

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written

- Analytical Mind & Out of Box thinking

- Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving
