Solid understanding of the IT industry; prior IT work experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Fundamental knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India.
Proficiency in conducting initial screening and filtering during the recruitment process.
Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective internal and external interactions.
Strong commitment to task follow-up and completion.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate interdepartmental activities and foster effective communication.
Collaborate with external contacts to support company initiatives.
Demonstrate competence in HR compliance and regulations.
Conduct initial candidate evaluations during the recruitment process.
Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders.
Ensure the timely execution of assigned tasks.
