JOB TITLE: HELP DESK AGENT

DEPARMENT: Help desk

LOCATION: Jamshedpur

SUMMARY: We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Helpdesk Agent to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues and satisfaction of the customers through efficient and timely support. Also, assist in the creation and maintenance of helpdesk documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Serve as the point of contact for customers or clients seeking assistance via email, phone or in person.

2. Document all customer interactions and review with data proof.

3. Operate data in Google Sheet and do call analysis.

4. Handle customers under pressure.

5. Daily, weekly and monthly call analysis and generate report.

6. PPT Presentation for monthly review with customers.

7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and provide accurate information.

8. Collaborate with other departments or teams to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer support experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.

2. Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with customers.

3. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

4. Ready to expect change, and know to plan shift as per criticality and urgency.

5. Network knowledge along with exposure of computer peripherals.

6. Must be capable enough to manage customer escalation.

7. Should be able to assist and support customers in a timely and professional manner.

8. Timely delivery of given work.

QUALIFICATIONS: Should have a Graduate degree in any field.

SALARY / COMPENSATION: As per Negotiation and Experience level.
