Job description: Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager.
1. Location: Bangalore
2. Experience: 5 to 10 years ‘of experience in IT Hardware /Software /Networking/ Data centre / cloud solutions (Laptop, Desktop, Server, storage, Cloud solution, Data Centre).
• Responsible to identify needs of the clients, evaluate alternative business solutions, specification building and architecture design.
• Organise meetings with prospective clients.
• Provide management and support for new business pipeline development
• Provides input into bid/no-bid decisions and updates and maintains the pipeline tracker for the assigned practice
• Develop and cultivate relationships Key Accounts Manager, Technical specialists, subject-matter experts and professional writers to contribute to technical solution designs, reviews, and analysis of proposals and business development strategies within the practice
• Database design, project planning, documentation & execution.

• Analyse profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Identify business development and add-on sales opportunities
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Team Management: Lead, Guide, Train and motivate sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance targets and ensuring their career development. Coordinate activities for identifying training needs of employees for upgrading their technical and soft skills.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development and proposal development
• Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Opportunity Analysis and Pre Sales
• Experience in developing new markets, creating new accounts, Stakeholder, Channel partner and Client Management.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with excellent writing and computer skills
