- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking

- installing and trouble shooting applications and computer peripherals

- Must have strong knowledge in hardware.

- Strong knowledge in assembling , troubleshooting , configuring & problem solving skills

- Experience in Server, Desktop and Printer maintenance

- Must have handled more than 100 systems in previous experience.
