Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented IT fresher. As an IT fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various IT projects and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by end-users.

Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware components.

Collaborate with team members to support IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations.

Participate in software development projects, following coding standards and best practices.

Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software functionality and performance.

Provide user support and training to help colleagues and end-users effectively utilize IT systems.

Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry best practices.

Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the IT team.

Adhere to security protocols and help ensure data integrity and protection.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field.

Basic knowledge of programming languages (., Java, Python, C++) and web technologies (., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Familiarity with operating systems (., Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
