we are Looking for Young Talented It Floor Support Engineer with Minimum of 1 Year to 2 Years Experience for Western Suburbs Location. Person Must have Excellent Communication Skills and Well Understanding to Handle / Provide Floor Support to Clients.

responsibilities and Duties

provide Floor Support to Clients / Users.

maintenance of Hp, Ibm, Dell & Assembled Pcs.

detecting and Resolving Critical Hardware Failure.

configuring Network Resources, Updating Windows.

managing Lan & Wan.

installing and Configuring Outlook and Antivirus.

create Backup and Recovery System.

network Setup (crimping and Sharing System in Small Setup)

analyze, Install, Modify, and Repair Pc Software, Operating Systems, Sap, and Outlook.

preparing Laptop for the Users as per Policy of the Company.

installing Scanner, Printers and Projector Configuration.

desktop Performance Monitoring and Optimization.

technical Course : Hardware Networking - Diploma / Degree
