Duties & Responsibilities: -

Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software

Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically

Log bugs and enhancement requests

Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed

Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

Diagnosing outlook related issues.

Resolving network issues.

Identifying hardware and software solutions.

Installing and configuring hardware and software.

Speaking to Employees to quickly get to the root of their problem.

Talking employees through a series of actions to resolve a problem.

Following up with employees to ensure the problem is resolved.

Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.

Managing multiple cases at one time.

Keeping Inventory of IT Assets.

Requirement: -

Good Communication Skills

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Graduate or Equivalent degree

knowledge of Windows Linux & Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Operational skills on Video

Communication equipments, Cisco WebEx

Basic Citrix Knowledge desirable

Knowledge of Networking

Knowledge of Teams, Zoom
