Duties & Responsibilities: -
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
• Log bugs and enhancement requests
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
• Diagnosing outlook related issues.
• Resolving network issues.
• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Speaking to Employees to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Talking employees through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with employees to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Keeping Inventory of IT Assets.
Requirement: -
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Graduate or Equivalent degree
• knowledge of Windows Linux & Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Operational skills on Video
Communication equipment’s, Cisco WebEx
• Basic Citrix Knowledge desirable
• Knowledge of Networking
• Knowledge of Teams, Zoom
