Diagnosing any hardware or software faults with these systems and will solve the issues. 3. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems. 4. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues. 5. Installation of IT equipment and other peripherals. 6. The educational qualification of the IT person should be (Computer Science). Candidate must have minimum 3 Years experience in the same field .
