Job Purpose

Responsible for the on-going development, management and operations of the overall IT and IT related infrastructure systems and infrastructure services, groupware and communication services, and security. You will also be required to meet business requirements from both functional and performance perspectives, and ensure cost-effectiveness and high availability of the systems.

Key Accountabilities

ge, leads, coaching and facilitate IT teams of Infrastructure and Database Administrator in establishing and resolving priorities, managing resources and directing toward a common goal.

uate and recommend changes to current and future network requirements to meet the organization's needs.

ge the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of servers, desktop PC, hardware, software, operating systems and distributed printers.

onsible for user management, system and network security, DNS/DHCP/WINS administration, and backup management.

onsible for systems related budgeting and is accountable for risk associated with the deployment of computer technologies.

onsible to develop, plan, coordinate and plan the organisations network and security systems and efforts in align with the strategic goals and objectives of the management team.

onsible for IT financial planning and productivity improvement, IT infrastructure road map planning and implementation.

re that all network and security-related configuration changes and updates are appropriately tested prior to implementation in the production environment including Data Center/Infrastructure operatioITns and performance to 100% up time on Data Center Facilities and % % uptime on client services.

re and maintain documentation, including processes, requirements, designs, cost/benefit analysis, user manuals/guides, standards/guidelines, etc.
