We are looking for an experienced candidate to help us in coordinating with our IT Partner and the Insurance companies. Your duties will include technical discussions with multiple Insurance Companies and arranging API kits for our IT Partner, to ensure functionality and efficiency in running the portal seamlessly. You will also need to provide our POS with training on the Mobile app.
You should have some experience in IT project management and a solid technical background? together with good organizational and team building.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Work from Office is mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Coordinate with Insurance Companies and arrange product API’s
Sharing the received API’s with our IT partner.
Coordinate with Insurance companies and IT partners and make sure to resolve technical errors.
Facilitate the interaction between end users and Technical support
Provide training, maintain Database, document verification of POS, etc.
Monitor Agents and POS network performance.
Organize troubleshooting? repairs and data restoration
Work together with agents of cover note application to maintain standards and functionality
Requirements:
3+ years' of experience working as an IT coordinator
Profound experience in IT database management and help desk support
Good practical experience in managing IT systems and applications? troubleshooting and repairing issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
BSc or BA degree in information technology or computer science.
Insurance knowledge would be an added advantage
