An IT Consultant is a professional who provides advice, guidance, and expertise to organizations regarding their information technology (IT) needs. They analyse an organization's IT systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and security.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Previous experience in IT consulting or related roles.

Proficiency in IT tools and platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have a valid permit to work in Australia/Canada or must be ready to secure one.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Assessing and analysing IT infrastructure and systems.

Providing recommendations for IT strategies and solutions.

Assisting in the implementation of IT solutions.

Training employees on new IT systems and tools.

Troubleshooting technical issues and developing solutions.

Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures.

Creating and maintaining IT documentation and policies.

Communicating with clients/stakeholders and providing updates.

Managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
