Position: R&D Executive/Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated R&D Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the research and development efforts for our IT products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, developers, and design, to drive innovation and ensure that our products stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends

• Define product requirements based on customer feedback and market insights

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for product innovation and enhancements

• Collaborate with developers and design teams to develop and launch new products and features

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products and recommend improvements

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and thought leaders

• Strong track record of successfully delivering innovation to the market.

• Full software development lifecycle experience including agile methodologies.

• Plan, organize, follow-up and assess the team performance and help members grow

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in research and development for IT products

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Be flexible in organizing the work as per the requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Agile methodology and product development processes

• Well organized and autonomous

• Highly motivated and quick learner

• Execute creative concepts that are on strategy.
