What you’ll do:
You will manage a wide portfolio of corporate tools/software to insure they meet business needs, meet security requirements and function within budget. While embracing and championing corporate tools policies and procedures you will work closely with internal
teams to make sure the proper tools and services are available to them.
Tool Management
Performing vendor reviews to make sure the tools/software meet our security requirements
Organize tool POCs to identify tools/software to meet business needs
License management
Operational Task
Perform operational tasks to ensure that security functions are working properly
Financial Management
Manage tool/software costs to budget
Communication
Work closely with all departments to make sure that the tools they need are available and meeting their needs.
Work with other departments to identify their tool requirements and help to select tools/software for them.
What you’ll need:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as information technology, business administration, project management, or a related field
7+ years of experience in Information Technology or related fields
Understanding of IT Tools/software and best practices
Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
Jira and Workday experience preferred.
