· Should have at least 15+ years of experience , preferably from ISP background with strong technical background.

· Should have experience of handling NOC (Network Operation Center).

· Planning, designing and implementation of POP.

· Knowledge of troubleshooting the circuits by following the Last Mile Connectivity and Hardware Involved in the Last mile.

· Capability to create redundancy

· Ability to train and handle the team

· Ability to program switches, create VLANs, ACLs etc

· Should be able to suggest modifications in the network or help us with tools to buy for monitoring.

· Knowledge of troubleshooting the circuits by following the Last Mile Connectivity and Hardware Involved in the Last mile.

· Hands on experience on juniper, Cisco, Huawei switches. if possible volktek as well.

· Driving Customer complaints pertaining to outage

· Comprehensive understanding of various WAN & LAN technologies .

· Ability to complete the work within the predetermined deadline (SLA) independently.

· Providing extensive service, support and on site instruction to field engineers.

· Should have hands on experience on MPLS.
