• Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.
• holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Attend and manage networking events to attract and retain clients
• Business Development Executives spend a fair amount of time using their market research to prospect for leads.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Requirements and qualification:-
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand financial markets and investment products
• A Bachelor's or Master degree must be required
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, or investment advisory is preferred
• Have an understanding and knowledge of financial processes and investment markets like Insurance, SIP and mutual funds etc.
• Understanding of agent work culture in insurance companies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on generating results
