Role Overview
We are seeking Investment Coaches to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you
will guide customers in achieving their financial objectives by providing personalized investment
advice through telecalling. This is a target-driven role within a structured environment, ensuring
professional growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
● Achieving your daily dial-out and talktime targets.
● Optimally use your day to talk and educate customers over the call.
● Educate customers on various investment products, including mutual funds and stocks.
● Offer tailored financial solutions based on the customer's needs and objectives.
● Achieve defined sales and performance targets in a structured, professional setting.
● Build and nurture long-term client relationships through excellent service.
● Skills:
○ Fluent communication in English and Hindi (no Mother Tongue Influence).
○ Knowledge of financial products and risk management strategies.
○ Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
● Certifications (Preferred): NISM
Preferred Experience
● Proven telesales experience with a focus on achieving targets.
● Background in selling financial products, such as mutual funds, stocks, or insurance.
