Roles & Responsibilities

Monthly and yearly preparation of financial statement as per IFRS for the Group.

Annual Audit of companies under the group.

Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financials.

Preparation of annual budget, forecast, business plans and other valuation analysis.

Preparation of external due diligence analysis

Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders for group reporting.

Preparation of all kind of financial reports as require by management.
