Position: Investment Banking Analyst

Looking for investment professionals who combine financial services industry expertise, analytical prowess, and effective persuasive communication skills to support institutional clients in activities like capital raising and mergers and acquisitions.

1) Should have excellent convincing power and has knowledge of Equity market and SME platform

2)Candidate should be working as an investment Analyst into Investment banking and merchant banking,

3)Candidate should have the knowledge of SME IPO, private Equity,

4)The awareness about equity markets and stocks is a must for working in the Investment Banking industry.

Experience: 1-2 year work Experience with Merchant Banker or Investment Banker.

Has dealt with Merchant banks that conduct fundraising, financial advising and loan services to large corporations

Or

Fresher's who had done MBA in Financial banking or certified from National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) .
