Inventory Executive

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records for all raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.

Process incoming and outgoing inventory shipments.

Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Liaise with suppliers and warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of inventory control systems.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control role.

Diploma or Associate's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
