Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build Initial Inventory records from the Invoices, CSR’s/accounts loaded to the instance
• Check and update inventory exceptions which are coming from Invoice processing
• Responsible to build inventory data in the predefined template
• Responsible to research on order history (Provisioning Module) or Invoice data to check the accuracy of identified Inventory
• Responsible to load built inventory template into platform
• Responsible to generate the reports from instance and share to Inventory Project leads
• Cross validation of Inventory records built by peers
Job Specifications:
• Minimum of 2-4 years on relevant experience.
• Knowledge on Telecom Invoices and CSR’s.
• Basic Networking and Telecom Knowledge.
• Expert in Excel experience (. - nested formulas, pivot tables, index match formula, VLOOKUP formula) and Knowledge on basic macros is a plus.
• Experience with collecting and researching data; use institution and experience to complement data.
• Works well both independently and with groups with minimal supervision/oversight.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness by looking for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Ability to use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
• Fully proficient in MS Outlook.
• Must have effective and professional oral and written communication skills.
• Gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and must be meticulous organized.
• Exhibit sound and accurate judgment by supporting and explaining reasoning for decisions.
