The major roles & responsibilities include

Previous experience in a customer support role is an added advantage

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Candidates must do international Outgoing calls

Knowledge about Canada Geography or obtaining it is a must

Fluency in English is a must

Able to work in Night shift (Canada Shift)

Rotation shift/ 5 days working

Qualification : 10th/12th/Any Degree

Shift : Evening and Night Shift

Job Timing : 7PM to 3AM & 11PM to 7AM

Working Days : Monday To Sunday (Weekly 2 days routine off)

Incentive Bonus : 1% of Sale Value in Canadian Dollars (CAD $)*

Location : Nungambakkam, Chennai
