Roles and Responsibilities

1)Excellent communication skills

2) Excellent Listening / Comprehension

3) Attention to detail.

4) Be a Fast Learner and a Team Player

5) Have CS and or Sales experience, and be familiar with dealing with B2b campaigns.

6) Be able to communicate at all levels and have a keen eye on the deliverables.

7) Be organized and reliable.

8) Meet KPI's set by TL.

9) Be able to cope with difficult situations and turn them around.

Located in: DLF Cybercity Address: 1st & 3rd floor, DLF IT / ITES SEZ, Block 9A, Mount Poonamalle High Rd, Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Walk-in Timing: 2 Pm to 7 PM
