Answering inbound calls of customers and clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must have experience in International Inbound Customer Support.

Flexible to work in UK shift

Should able to join immediately

Must have English Fluency

Should have your own LAPTOP and Wifi (minimum speed required 60 MBPS)
